Claude Enterprise admins can now survey their teams inside Claude and give a group one shared monthly budget, and smart reports are now generally available.

- In-app surveys show members a short card after a reply, asking things like their most valuable recent work with Claude and how much time it saved. Admins can edit the questions, pick who gets them and when, and export responses to a spreadsheet
- Pooled group budgets give a team one shared monthly amount. Individual limits still apply as a guardrail, members can request more from inside Claude, and billing admins get email alerts at 50%, 75%, 95%, and 100%
- Smart reports, previously in beta, group a team's Claude work into workstreams with cost, deliverables, and friction points, and suggest workflows to turn into skills. Owners can now let team leads run reports for their own groups
- Generally available for Claude Enterprise as of October 28, 2026. Availability varies for HIPAA-configured organizations and some encryption setups
