The program

Is this just another video course?

No. Every module ends with your team creating something specific to their work. What your team submits matters more than what they watched. Other teams have created brief generators, reporting workflows, review checklists, and research systems.

What does my team leave with?

Workflows and systems they created themselves, specific to their daily work. But beyond that, they leave with an understanding of how AI fits into their workflows, not just as a prompting tool but as something they can shape around their own processes. They also start spotting larger opportunities across the team.

How is this different from hiring a training company?

Most training companies show you content and leave. We require your team to do the work. Each person creates their own workflows tied to their daily responsibilities, not fake projects. Credit is tied to submitting their work, so there’s accountability built in. Managers get a dashboard showing team progress, measured lift, and what the team is creating.

This program isn’t designed by someone who learned AI to teach it. I’m actively building and pushing the limits of these tools every day. The training comes from that depth, combined with 12+ years inside organizations.

How long does it take?

Modules are self-paced and snackable. Most lessons take 15–20 minutes. The volume of modules depends on the custom program we design together and how deep you want to go.

What AI platforms do you cover?

All major platforms: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot. We match to whatever your team uses. If your org has approved tools, we design around those. Don’t see your platform listed? We’re open to exploring it.

How does personalization work?

Each person fills out a short intake about their role, their daily work, their priorities, and their skill level. We use that to tailor sections within each module to them specifically. What they see is grounded in what they told us, not generic scenarios.

How do you measure progress?

Each person takes a self-assessment before and after the program. We measure confidence, capability, and where they feel stuck. Managers can see the pre and post results across the team, which gives you a clear picture of what shifted and where to focus next.

What makes it interactive?

Modules have a hands-on component. Your team learns the context, then does the work: creating something specific to their role and submitting it. Submissions are visible to teammates and managers by default.

My team already had AI training. Why this too?

Most company-wide AI programs cover the basics but don’t go far enough. We’ve had teams take this on top of their organizational training because it fills the gap between awareness and capability. That’s exactly who this was designed for. You don’t need to build a training program from scratch or convince anyone to approve a huge initiative. Start with a conversation and we’ll figure out what makes sense for your team.

What if we already have AI champions on our team?

That’s common, but relying on champions limits your potential. When the whole team has a baseline understanding, the opportunity gets bigger. There’s buy-in and excitement instead of fear, and AI strategy comes from everyone doing the work.

What does the manager get?

A dashboard showing team progress, pre and post assessment scores, what the team is creating, and patterns surfacing across submissions. Their team’s baseline gets raised so they can have informed conversations and pull together strategies worth voicing up.

What does leadership get?

A capable team that understands how AI fits into their roles, not an organization that assumes tool access or basic training was enough. A view of what the team is producing and what ideas are surfacing to help inform what to prioritize next. Adoption metrics that go beyond “we trained X people” or “X people are using the tool.”

How do you customize the content?

We hold a discovery call where we learn about your tools, your workflows, and your priorities. Then we customize modules based on what you told us. Each module adapts to the person taking it, based on a short intake they fill out about their role and daily work. Your analyst and your project lead have different experiences, grounded in their day-to-day.

What is the pricing?

Programs start at $5,000. Pricing scales with the number of users, depth of the program, and level of customization needed. We’ll put together a proposal for you after a discovery call. Team engagements include a formal agreement covering scope, timeline, and deliverables.

Do you have results?

How quickly does our team see results?

People start applying what they created to their work without being asked, and start talking about it more openly as a group.

How do you handle data privacy and security?

Each organization’s data is isolated at the database level. Submissions, progress, team activity, and learner profiles are scoped to your org only. Learner emails are never sent to AI providers. All AI APIs we use are configured to not train on your data. Session tokens are encrypted and HTTP-only. If you have a preferred AI provider, we can work with it. If your organization has restrictions around using AI tools outside of permissioned or internal systems, we can talk about a version of the program that works within those boundaries. We can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or security questionnaire upon request.

Can one person try it first?

Yes. No team setup required. Try a module on your own and when you’re ready to bring it to your team, we customize everything.

What’s available for free?

Sign up, pick a module, and start creating. Paid modules and personalization are available when you want to go deeper.

What does personalization cost?

You can add personalization to any free module for $5. The module adapts to your role, your daily work, and your priorities based on a short intake you fill out.

Are there paid modules?

Yes. Some modules are available to individuals as paid content and include personalization built in at no additional cost.

What if I’m not happy with a purchase?

Digital purchases like personalization unlocks and paid module access are non-refundable because the content is generated immediately based on your inputs. If you run into a technical issue that prevents delivery, reach out to support and we’ll make it right. For team programs, we work out the details and scope together before any commitment.
