When a few people steer AI, your strategy and team suffer.
Strategy by few
Most teams leave AI to a handful of people.
AI is forced on an unsupported team, and fear comes in.
Strategy by many
Teams that get ahead involve everyone.
AI feels helpful, not scary, since everyone gets to be part of it.
When you involve everyone, your strategy compounds.
It starts with individuals. Many companies tried that early with generic training, but when it didn't click, they defaulted to strategy by few.
Our role-based training is different. It gets each person building AI into their own work.
Proof this works
We worked with a 34-person Fortune 500 marketing team.
This team had company-wide training, but was ready to go even further with AI. Our program took them from experimenting inconsistently to creating tools made for each individual's work.
“The team felt very inspired and well prepared to have strategic conversations.”
Tools people created on their own
- Data Quality Automation
- Content Compliance Checker
- Cross-Team Sync
- Media Brief Generator
- Performance Reporting
- Vendor Intake Automation
“I learned tools I didn't know existed before this, and I found a few that can directly help my current work immediately.”
Cross-team focus areas identified
- Unified Audience Data Pipeline
- Reporting & Briefing Workflows
- Planning Agents on Historical Performance Data
- AI-Assisted Data Management & Creative Workflows
“Very practical. It helped me break through the basic use cases and opened aperture on the possibilities with designing systems.”
Each person on your team gets a different experience.
Role-based training has them build something only they would, to help with their own job. That's where AI clicks.
1Each person tells us about their work.
They complete a quick profile: what they do day to day, what frustrates them, and what they’d change if they could.

2Every lesson adapts to them.
Personalized content shows how each concept or feature fits their work, grounded in what they told us.

3They pick what to build.
Interactive prompts help them plan what to create. Then they build it, with the lesson walking them through each step.

4They share what they built.
Lessons end with a submission shared on the team feed and visible to their manager, so building with AI becomes part of the team’s culture.

3Self-paced lessons
Snackable digital lessons, usually two to four weeks.
4Optional support
A kickoff and office hours to guide your team.
We give managers what they need to lead.
No more guessing what to tell their team. Our programs give managers the support to guide conversations and move their team forward.
- See what each person built and their growth
- Spot bigger opportunities to build on together

Our programs flip team culture from fear to creativity.
When people see what their teammates build, they get inspired to try more. Sharing builds momentum, and the team starts exploring together.

Who you'll work with
Hi, I’m Riley. I spent 10+ years doing marketing strategy for Disney Parks and Macy’s. I’ve worked in corporate, so I get why so much AI training misses the mark. For the last two years, I’ve been learning everything I could about AI to help teams and leaders build it into their work.
FAQ
Each person builds for their own role. On a 34-person Fortune 500 marketing team, people built a data quality automation, a content compliance checker, a cross-team sync, a media brief generator, performance reporting, and vendor intake automation.
Team programs start at $500 a seat, from $5,000 for 10 people. Pricing scales with team size, how much is custom, and how deep the program goes. We’ll put together a proposal after a discovery call, and team engagements include a formal agreement covering scope, timeline, and deliverables.
Modules are self-paced and snackable. Most lessons take 15 to 20 minutes, and programs usually run two to four weeks. The number of modules depends on the program we design together and how deep you want to go.
Submissions, progress, team activity, and learner profiles stay within your organization, and each organization’s data is kept separate. Learner emails and login details are never sent to AI providers, and the AI providers we use don’t train on your data. If you have a preferred AI provider, we can work with it. If your organization has restrictions around using AI tools outside of permissioned or internal systems, we can talk about a version of the program that works within those boundaries. We can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or complete your security questionnaire on request.
Most company-wide AI programs cover the basics but don’t go far enough. We’ve had teams take this on top of their organizational training because it fills the gap between awareness and capability. Your team leaves with workflows they created for their work, not general knowledge and tips they fail to apply.
Each person takes a self-assessment before and after the program. We measure confidence, capability, and where they feel stuck. Managers can see the pre and post results across the team, which gives you a clear picture of what shifted and where to focus next.
That’s common, but relying on champions limits your potential. When the whole team has a baseline understanding, the opportunity gets bigger. There’s buy-in and excitement instead of fear, and AI strategy comes from everyone doing the work.
