About the scorecard

What is AI enablement?

Everything a team needs to use AI in its real work: the skills to do it, systems that let them, backing from leadership, and clear ownership. Buying an AI tool is only the start.

How is the scorecard scored?

Each of the 36 questions is worth one point: yes counts as 1, partly as half, and no as 0. Each level is scored out of 12, for a total out of 36. Start with the first level that has something not yet in place.

How do I know if my marketing team is ready for AI?

Check what's in place at three levels. Can individuals use AI in their own work? Can your team build shared workflows? Can teams connect systems across the org? A team is ready for the next level when the one before it is mostly in place. The scorecard shows you where that is.

How do I measure AI adoption on my team?

Look at what people build and use, not how many have a license. Check their skills, their access to tools and data, the support they get from managers and leadership, and who owns the work. The scorecard turns those into 36 yes, partly, or no checks, with a score for each level.

Who is it for?

Marketing leaders and managers who want to know where their team stands with AI before deciding what to put in place next.

What do I get at the end?

Your score for each level, what's in place, what's missing, and where to start. You can print your scorecard or copy a link to your results. For what to put in place at each level, get the free 13-page guide.
