Admin API in the SDKs and ant CLI

Organization admin tasks like adding members and rotating API keys can now be scripted from the Claude SDKs and the ant command line tool.

Covers organization members, workspaces, invites, and API keys, plus reading your organization's rate limits.
Needs either an Admin API key (starting sk-ant-admin) or an OAuth token with the org:admin scope. Only members with an admin, owner, or primary owner role can get one.
Not available on individual accounts. You need an organization set up in the Console first.
Claude Enterprise organizations call it with a scoped key created in claude.ai and get extra endpoints for groups, custom roles, and spend limits.
