Agent Runtime and Agent Identity (Generally Available)

Google's managed hosting and permission system for long-running agents is out of preview on the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform.

Agent Runtime hosts agents that run continuously for up to seven days, for work like a multi-week sales sequence or a staged onboarding process
Agent Identity gives each agent its own identity in Google Cloud IAM, so it gets least-privilege permissions, a non-repudiable audit trail, and automatic credential lifecycle handling
Agent Memory Bank holds structured context across long tasks so an agent does not lose the thread between runs
All three are generally available, alongside Agent Gateway, Agent Registry, Agent Evaluation, and Agent Observability
