- The agent reasons, runs Bash, Python and Node.js, reads, writes, edits, searches and lists files, and browses the web with Google Search and URL fetching, all inside a Linux sandbox Google hosts
- Runs on Gemini 3.8 Flash by default, and accepts your own function calls, MCP servers, or a restricted tool set
- Compresses its own context at roughly 135k tokens so long sessions keep running, and takes both text and base64-encoded images
- Replaces antigravity-preview-05-2026, with updated tool parameters and file editing
- Available through the Interactions API and Google AI Studio on free and paid projects, priced per model token and tool use, with a max_total_tokens cap in agent_config; a research or synthesis run costs roughly $0.30 to $1.00 and a data analysis run roughly $0.70 to $3.25, and sandbox compute is not billed during preview
