Standard and Premium seats can be mixed in one workspace, so the bigger seat goes only to the people who need it
If a Premium user still hits a limit, the workspace owner can add shared workspace credits
Not generally available yet. Owners who sign up early get 2,500 workspace credits, worth $100, for every Premium seat added, up to $500 for five seats, and some may get access before general availability
