Details

Claude writes a JavaScript orchestration script for the task you describe, and a runtime runs it in the background while your session stays usable
Runs tens to hundreds of parallel subagents in a single session and checks its own work before reporting back
Used internally for codebase-wide bug hunts, security audits, and optimization passes, with independent verification on each finding
Start it by asking Claude to create a workflow, or turn on a new ultracode setting that lets Claude decide when to use one
Available now in research preview in the Claude Code CLI, Desktop, and VS Code extension, plus the Claude API, Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI, and Microsoft Foundry
