Claude Managed Agents Update (Sandbox Memory and Domain Controls)

Two changes to Claude Managed Agents: memory in self-hosted sandboxes, and limits on what an agent is allowed to search and read.

Any work done in a Self-Hosted Sandbox can now be saved to memory, so a run's output carries into later sessions
web_search and web_fetch now accept allowed_domains or blocked_domains, so you control what the agent can search and read
Claude Code's bundled claude-api skill was updated in version 2.1.238 to cover both changes
