Company-Wide Prompt Publishing in Copilot Prompt Gallery

Admins can build prompt collections for their organization and push them to every user in the tenant through the Copilot Prompt Gallery.

Details

  • Admins create a prompt collection in the Microsoft 365 admin center and publish it to the whole tenant, where users find it in the Copilot Prompt Gallery
  • Before this, users only had the default prompts with no way to centrally manage or customize them
  • Building and publishing collections is admin-only; every user in the tenant can then use what gets published
