Copilot Consumption Dashboard in Viva Insights

A dashboard in Viva Insights showing how many Copilot credits your organization is burning, and on which services.

Details

  • Breaks credit consumption down by service, currently Cowork and the WorkIQ API
  • Turned on by default, but it needs usage-based billing configured through Cost Management in the Microsoft 365 admin center first
  • Access is scoped: managers need five or more direct reports, and tenant-wide leader access is not in this release
  • Adds a Cost Management query template in Advanced Insights for analysts and global admins
  • Web only

You have rolled Copilot out to a team and nobody can say what it is costing.

Managers with at least five direct reports, Insights analysts, and global admins, the only roles who can see it.
