Faster Claude Code CLI Startup

Small update. The Claude Code command line tool opens faster and downloads smaller. Most people will notice it only as less waiting at launch.

The tool no longer waits for the sandbox and MCP servers to be ready before you can start typing
Running claude now skips setup steps it does not need for the command you ran
The Linux x64 download is 4.5 times smaller and the native binary is about 5 MB smaller
Syntax highlighting was dropped for six rarely used languages, cutting another 2.5 MB
