Details
- Spark runs tasks in the background under your direction and keeps working after you close your laptop, rather than requiring you to stay in the session
- Google AI Pro access rolled out in three stages: the US on July 16, India on July 29, then over 160 more countries at once on July 30
- Not available in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Nigeria
- Pro and Ultra now cover essentially the same list of countries, so the tier no longer determines whether Spark is available to you
- Requires a paid Google AI Pro or Ultra plan, there is no free access
