Inbox Triage Actions for Copilot in Outlook

Copilot in Outlook can now delete, move, copy, and categorize emails and manage inbox rules and folders from a plain-language request.

Adds to earlier commands like pin and flag. New actions: delete, move, copy, and categorize messages, create and manage inbox rules, and create folders.
Example requests: "Delete all unread newsletters from last week" or "Move emails from Contoso about invoices to my Finance folder."
Copilot asks for confirmation before acting on more than five emails or changing inbox rules.
Works in classic and new Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web, Outlook for Mac, and Outlook mobile.
