Meeting Scheduling from Copilot Chat in Classic Outlook

Copilot can now find times, book rooms, draft an agenda, and send the invite from chat inside classic Outlook for Windows.

Details

  • Copilot handles availability lookup, room booking, agenda drafting, and sending the invite from a single chat request
  • Started either from Copilot chat or from a Schedule with Copilot button in the Outlook interface
  • Requires a Microsoft 365 Copilot license and is rolling out in phases, so it may not appear immediately
  • Available on Windows only. Roadmap ID 542185
