Meeting Scheduling from Copilot Chat in Classic Outlook

Copilot can now find times, book rooms, draft an agenda, and send the invite from chat inside classic Outlook for Windows.

Copilot handles availability lookup, room booking, agenda drafting, and sending the invite from a single chat request
Started either from Copilot chat or from a Schedule with Copilot button in the Outlook interface
Requires a Microsoft 365 Copilot license and is rolling out in phases, so it may not appear immediately
Available on Windows only. Roadmap ID 542185
