Perplexity Search API in Hermes Agent

Hermes Agent can now search the live web through Perplexity's Search API.

Details

  • Gives Hermes Agent access to an index of more than 400 billion URLs
  • Returns real-time results and ranks the snippets it hands back by relevance
  • New accounts get $10 in free API credits at signup

Best for

Giving an agent current web results instead of only what its model already knows.

When to use it

The agent's answers depend on information that changes faster than a training cutoff.

Who benefits
