Plugins in ChatGPT Sites

Sites built in ChatGPT can now use plugins, so each visitor sees the app with their own connected data and permissions, for Business, Enterprise, and Edu workspaces.

Details

A Site uses each visitor's own connected accounts; sharing a Site doesn't share the builder's connections
Visitors sign in with ChatGPT, review the requested access, and choose which connections to allow, and any write action needs their explicit consent
Plugins are on by default in Business and Edu, while Enterprise admins approve each plugin under Admin settings
Sites with connected features must stay private to the workspace
Sites itself is still in public beta with usage limits; custom domains and outside viewer invites are coming
