Pick up a Claude Code session you started in the terminal and continue it inside the desktop app.

Typing /resume lists the sessions you started from the command line and opens the one you pick inside the desktop app
The full conversation and context carry over, so the session continues instead of restarting
Requires the Claude Code desktop app alongside the command line tool

Starting work in the terminal and finishing it somewhere with a real interface.
