ChatGPT scheduled tasks can now fire when something happens in Gmail, Slack, or GitHub instead of only running on a clock.

Details

Gmail triggers filter by sender or subject, Slack triggers watch selected channels, and GitHub triggers fire on pull request activity including reviews, comments, commits, and merges
An event-triggered task cannot also run on a time-based schedule. You pick one or the other
When matching events arrive close together ChatGPT may combine them into a single run
Available in ChatGPT on web and mobile for eligible plans
