Viva Engage Private Content as a Copilot Source

Microsoft 365 Copilot can now ground answers in private Viva Engage communities and events, limited to what each person is allowed to see.

Details

Copilot previously excluded private community and event content entirely, so answers only drew on public communities and other sources
Permission trimming is enforced per user, so a person only ever sees content from private communities they already have access to
Available on Web. Roadmap ID 515144
