AI feature FAQ
Is ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot better for work?
Usually whichever one your company already pays for is enough. They all have similar features and keep adding more. Learn the features in your platform first, and once you've made the most of it, look elsewhere if you find gaps.
What's the ChatGPT or Copilot equivalent of Claude Skills?
ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok all have skills that save your method for a task. Gemini's replace Gems and are rolling out through mid-November 2026, and Microsoft started rolling out skills in Copilot Chat in October 2026. Projects work the same way across ChatGPT, Claude and Grok; in Copilot they're called Notebooks, and in Gemini the closest is Gemini Notebook, which answers from the sources you add.
Why is my team only using AI for the basics?
Most people don't know everything their tools can do, or how to set them up for their work, so they stay in the chat box. Projects, skills, scheduled tasks and agents do a lot more, on the plans most teams already have. Chasing Next creates custom programs that help teams get more out of their tools, with everyone building workflows for their own work. See how it works →
What's the difference between a project, a skill and an agent?
A project holds the files and instructions for one body of work, like a client or a campaign. A skill saves your method for a task, like how you write the weekly report, and works in any chat. An agent does a job for you, often on its own or for your team. Most platforms have all three, under slightly different names.
Do I need to pay for ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot to use these features?
Not to start. All five have a free chat, and ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot also let you use projects (Notebooks in Copilot) without paying, with lower limits. Features that run on their own, like scheduled tasks and agents, mostly need a paid plan, and the finder shows what each feature needs.
Is the AI Feature Finder free?
Yes. No sign-up needed to use the finder. If you want to map your task and get a setup prompt, you can create a free account.
